Neza is a human rights activist and the director of the research institute The Peace Institute. The institute focuses on social issues, human rights, and the non-discrimination of minorities in Slovenia. She also advocates for the special Slovenian minority of Erased Persons in the country that were rendered essentially stateless by the Slovenian independence.
